Our Research & Development Department, is equipped with a high precision Multi-axis 3d scanner is capable to measure and model the requested item and after that, to construct a prototype a clone of the object for testing purposes and once the testing is in our satisfaction we are able to manufacture large quantities of the object.
For the needs of accurate measurement or for the creating a model of the components that we undertake to manufacture, we use a state-of-the-art 3D Scanner with the ability to accurately measure and capture the detail of the object being scanned, which provides us with the original digital model we will work on …
After the creation of the digital model, our design team undertakes to process it using modern 3D programs, perfecting any design detail that was not entered correctly by the scan and customizing the model according to our client’s demands.
On completion of this process, our team is checking all the digital model’s technical data.
Finally, if all requirements are met, and takes the approval by our engineers, we proceed to the 3D printing of our model using the materials recommended for each component and accordingly the conditions in which it will be tested …
